PARKING ADMINISTRATORS

Company

The company carries out the personalized configuration of each parking lot, whether or not you use the parking or the minutes of grace that you want to give to customers after each fraction of time.

Fee

Each parking lot can have its personalized rates for each of the previously defined types of vehicles, these are updateable and new rates related to new vehicles can be created.

Users

Each parking collaborator will have their own user, with whom they will be responsible for the actions carried out with it. Administrators can create the necessary users for the parking.

Roles

The roles with the different permissions for the users are configurable from this module, so you can have different configurations for the respective users of the system.

Blacklist

You can identify customers with a bad reputation by entering their license plates in the parking lot’s blacklists. This list has the option of being synchronized with all parking lots to keep this information updated.

Vehicle Types

The default system will contain the basic vehicles that are presented to use the parking services, however administrators have the option of entering the types of vehicles that they deem necessary.

Agreements

You will be able to create rate agreements with different companies or businesses, giving additional value to parking customers and an excellent relationship with the stores near the parking lot.

Customers

Allows the creation of clients, either to enter them as an agreement or as a potential monthly parking rental client.

Currency

Administrators can request the option to keep the exchange rate synchronized with the national bank’s web-service or, failing that, make the changes manually in each parking lot.
